We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the order.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

- The item must be unused and unworn

- The item must be in its original packaging

- The product must be in the same condition as received

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
